Hari Shankar Singhania School of Business (HSB), in collaboration with AIC JKLU, successfully organized the first edition of the annual Founder’s Meet in Jaipur. This landmark event brought together startup founders and business pioneers to foster collaboration and drive innovation. At its core was a roundtable discussion on “Scaling Talent and Innovation: Overcoming Challenges in Building Resilient Startup Ecosystems,” which enabled insightful dialogues between academia and the business community.

The event featured an impressive lineup of startup leaders, including Mr. Amit Purohit from iStart Rajasthan and founders from ventures such as Ef Polymer, Humanli.Ai, Indigifts, Hexpressions, and Fabriclore, among others. Discussions highlighted key challenges faced by startups, particularly in hiring, nurturing, and retaining talent for scalability and long-term success. Founders emphasized the significance of aligning employee passions with organizational goals, investing in skill development, and building a culture of adaptability. The transformation of Jaipur from a city of heritage to a vibrant startup hub, driven by infrastructure development and career opportunities, was a recurring theme.

Prof. Gregory Dunn, Dean of HSB, actively engaged in the discussions and stressed the need for collaboration between business schools and industry leaders. He remarked, “By forging talent partnerships and fostering innovation, we can collectively establish Jaipur as a hub for purpose-driven, fast-growing startups in India.” The Founder’s Meet reinforced HSB’s commitment to providing its MBA students with opportunities to learn from and network with industry pioneers, further preparing them to thrive in a competitive and evolving business landscape.
