The BAC facilitates ongoing dialogue between HSB and our industry partners. The BAC is composed of businesses (rather than individuals), the HSB Dean and HSB Director of Corporate Engagement & Placement. BAC members have a deep partnership with HSB, which may include formal internship programs for students, contribution of mentors,
in-company projects and placements.

At HSB, the corporate relations team plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between students and recruiters, ensuring a seamless alignment of talent with industry needs. By understanding both the specific requirements of employers and the unique career aspirations of students, the team facilitates
personalized placements, internships, and collaborative opportunities.

Each student receives individualized coaching and guidance, leveraging a robust network of Indian and global industry partners, mentors, and advisory council members. Ms. Gunit Kaur Sethi
HSB Director, Corporate Relations & Placement
Ms. Gunit Kaur Sethi serves as the HSB Director of Corporate Engagement & Placements. Ms. Sethi has over a decade of high-level corporate relations experience, and most recently served as Associate Director of Career Advancement Services at the Indian School of Business. She has also served as Chief Corporate Relationship Officer for IIM Rohtak.
As HSB, Ms. Sethi provides personalised guidance to prepare our students for interviews, in-company projects and career placements. Ms. Sethi coordinates the Business Advisory Council and Mentors Council, which constitute HSB’s deep engagement with industry.
Ms. Sethi and the Corporate Engagement team also help organise events, guest sessions and CXO workshops for HSB.
