Ritesh Ghoshal has 28 years of experience in building businesses and brands around exceptional customer insights. An MBA from IIM Bangalore, Mr. Ghosal has spent over 20 years in leadership roles across MNCs and Indian conglomerates in the areas of brand management, advertising, consumer insights and general management. He was the Chief Marketing Officer of Infiniti Retail Ltd, Croma (a TATA Enterprise).

He has Proven expertise in creating new brands and re-invigorating existing brands. He loves the challenge of squeezing growth in adverse circumstances and has built successful businesses from scratch. He has also built high-performance, high engagement teams grounds-up thrice in his career.Post Croma, Ritesh is working with and guiding young start-ups in the domains of retail, consumer insights, sustainability and food & beverages.

He believes that his unique strength lies in unearthing fresh consumer insight; identifying the brand or organization’s sustainable “right-to-win” and creating clutter-breaking strategies by pairing these up.
