Prof. Atanu Ghosh

Professor Atanu Ghosh was the former Dean, School of Management & Entrepreneurship (SME), Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur and Professor at the SJM School of Management, IIT Bombay till July 2020. He was the Visiting Professor in Business Policy area, IIM Ahmedabad from April 2008 to June 2012 (on leave from IITB).

His major areas of interest are Business and Corporate Strategy, Leadership & Innovation, Services Marketing and Customer satisfaction. Post retirement, he has taught at IIM Ahmedabad, NITIE, EDII, NID, IIM Jammu, IIM Ranchi as a Visiting Faculty.

Professor Ghosh has presented papers and delivered invited talks at many national and international conferences/ seminars /workshops and also at many institutions in India and abroad. He has conceptualized a new way of learning about the leadership from the leaders of various walks of life and implemented it successfully for 10 years at SJMSOM, IIT Bombay.

Professor Ghosh has authored the book titled “Strategies for Growth”, published by Random House India in 2010, as part of IIMA Business Book Series during the Golden Jubilee Celebration of IIMA.
