Krishnamurthy Shankar

An experienced Human Resources professional pursuing a plural career, Krishnamurthy Shankar known as “Krish” was the Group Head – HR at Infosys before venturing out in development sector teaching soft skills to the underprivileged. Prior to Infosys, he worked as HR Head at HUL, Phillips, and Airtel.

At present Krish works with a non-profit organisation (www.atyourbest.in) that facilitates development of soft skills in underprivileged young people to enable them to achieve their potential and enhance their employability. Additionally he advises some businesses on strategic people issues.

An alumni of XLRI and Aston School of Business, he is the celebrated author of ‘Catalyze’
