Gargi Banerjee

Gargi Banerjee is a Technology and Product Strategist with 12 years of work experience across various domains in the technology landscape, including product development, product and digital strategy, business process improvement, and digital transformations.

She is currently leading product development and strategy for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery products as part of the Azure Core product portfolio. Previously, she led Strategy and Operations for the Azure Global Commercial Industries (AGCI) product group, now known as Microsoft Commerce Incentive (MCI), which focuses on building industry-aligned Azure products.

During her stint in Management Consulting, she worked on Cloud Strategy, Digital Innovation, IT Strategy, Agile Operating Models, IT Cost Reduction, and Vendor/Partner Management. She also managed projects, transitions, contracts, and product development.

With significant prior experience in software development, she brings a unique skill set that allows her to leverage her technical understanding to deliver impactful business strategies and solutions. She is a seasoned engineering professional with a Master’s Degree focused on Finance & Strategy from ISB, and a certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
