Anshu Ahuja

Anshu Ahuja is Head of Human Resources at Swasth Foundation Mumbai.

With more than 10 years of HR experience in growth oriented companies, currently she takes care of recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, employee engagement and retention. Previously Anshu has worked at McKinsey & Company, and managed the Learning & Development for India office staff while facilitating workshops for internal consulting staff and external client leaders.

Anshu has extensive experience in curriculum design and development, designing and conducting training programs for consulting and non-consulting staff, crafting learning strategy, building faculty pools, identifying learning needs, mapping KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and team management including hiring, development and coaching.

An alumna of Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Anshu has also worked with World Health Organisation and was a core team member of the National Polio Surveillance project.
