Preeti is a communication skills and leadership development specialist. She designs and delivers programs to help senior executives raise their game by building new skills, changing behaviors, and communicating confidently. She works freelance with 9.9 Education and Harappa Education. She is also visiting faculty at the BITS School of Management and has previously taught at four colleges including the Vedica Scholarship Programme for Women and the Anant Fellowship. Preeti has 27 years of work experience.

The foundation of most of what she does today was built during her 11 years with McKinsey & Company, where she trained both consultants and clients on communication skills, supported the firm’s partners on building their client strategy, co-created and managed a network of leadership development facilitators, and led the professional development function to evaluate, coach, and mentor senior consultants. She worked with McKinsey’s offices in India, Germany, and the UK. Prior to McKinsey, her career spanned a range of industries including education (Indian School of Business and American Studies Research Center), quasi-government (United States Information Service and Ministry of Information Technology), and media (ComputerWorld). She has a Masters’ degree in English literature from Delhi University and a two-year Diploma in Computer Programming. Preeti enjoys travelling, painting, and writing poetry.
